Have I been hacked? Restrictions on Apple ID that I did not put on

My phone and iPad has a bunch of restrictions that I did not put on, I cannot see my Apple ID, my iCloud, I cannot access the FaceTime app, and I have certain text messages that are restricted and ask me for a parent to unlock. Why is it doing this? Have I been hacked?

That sounds less like a hack and more like your devices somehow got put into Screen Time or Family Sharing as a child account. When that happens you lose access to Apple ID settings, FaceTime, and even some messages until a “parent” approves them.

I’d double check if Screen Time or Family Sharing is turned on using a device that’s not acting weird. If you want to be sure nothing else is going on, do a quick scan with something like Certo.
