How do I stop telemarketer phone harassment!

I am so tired of these telemarkers calling me constantly even though I blocked numbers, they just called from a different number! I have blocked at least 100 numbers from telemarketers that just keep calling me back again and again and again from a different number and area codes! How can I stop telemarketers from calling my phone? I hate the WhatsApp!!!
