Stream Roku output to a MacBook

Is there a way to stream (or cast) a Roku device output to a Mac screen?

I have seen many ways to display a Mac screen to a Roku device connected to a TV, but not the other way around. I would like to take my Roku and my MacBook on the road and (while in a hotel room or something similar) use the Roku device to 'cast' the image and sound to my MacBook.
