Apple Watch and iPod not available for store pickup

I bought an Apple Watch and an iPod and haven't received them yet. They were supposed to be picked up at the store on November 12th, but they're still not available for pickup, What can I do?

How do I get Apple to provide me the Apple Watch band that was clearly missing ? I just bought an Apple Watch at the Apple Store in Marlborough MA and was told, 'there is no watch band' you have to buy one. I couldn't believe it and questioned that. The watch doesn't come with a watch band?? So I bought one. I later found out that I was suppose to have one band in the box and it is missing. How do I get Apple to provide what was clearly missing. Have you been notified of their availability for pickup in the Apple Store?

The original estimates for delivery can be wrong, being that those are estimates.
