How to return a locked iPhone 15 Pro without the owner's Apple Account and password?

So I found an iphone 15 pro I tried to connact the owner but I got zero answers nobody called at the phone nobody asked for it. So for a year or more only thing that happend was that the esim was block and that is all so after big research on a internet i tried to over come the passcode I somehow over come it but it is reset and it wants from me apple id and password of the owner but I dont have it so what should i do with? (If i made a mistake I take full responsibillity)

No. Apple never does this or gets involved in lost or stolen goods. The only thing you can do is recycle it as it's totally useless to you or anyone else.

You're welcome. I'm curious why when you found the phone, you didn't turn it over to the authorities where you live as perhaps the owner who lost their phone would have reported it? By now, one can well imagine a year later, they have moved on and bought a replacement phone. So recycling it is the best course of action at this point.
