I purchased a locked iPhone

hello, i purchased an Iphone and I am unable to gain access to it due a lock on the phone. I don't have access to the original owner. Can you help?

Hello mamabh!

Unfortunately, the iPhone is useless to you. Only it’s owner has access to it. Try to get a refund, that’s the best you can do.
