I would like to add a scanned image of a medical document in the Medical ID. I have added my photo, but do not see a way to add a scanned image in the notes. Is there a way to add an image?

Apart from your profile picture, it is not possible to add images to your Medical ID. You must manually enter the important information in an appropriate section under your Medical ID, e.g. under Notes.
