How do I remove an unwanted saved location from Apple Maps?

so i had an ex boyfriend and saved his house as 2nd home so now whenever i search up 2nd home, intending for my parents house, his address shows up. its not saved under any contact, under any guides, isn't on my favorites, or pinned on my map. the icon next to the address shows up as a pin however when i click on the address it asks if i want to save as pin. anyone how do i get rid of it? i haven’t been up to his house since around 2020 and haven’t been in contact since. all 3 are the same address and there’s another one under a different label.
