Hi there,

The “Add eSIM” option can be missing on certain iPhone 15 models depending on the region. The A3092 model is a version sold in markets where eSIM is not supported, so the option won’t appear in Settings.

You can check Apple’s eSIM compatibility guide here: Set up eSIM on iPhone - Apple Support (CA)

If you need eSIM support, you may want to check with your carrier or Apple about model compatibility in your region.

Regards.

This would be expected if you purchased the iPhone 15 in China, since eSIM is not supported there.

If you purchased the phone somewhere else, you have a used phone that was originally delivered in China and the phone has been sold to another dealer somewhere else in the world.

Depending on where you are located, parts for your iPhone may or may not be available if service is required on your phone.
