Cannot allow App Tracking Transparency

i can’t allow apps to track because of age help I am 40

iPhone 16 Plus, iOS 26

Allow apps to request tracking options greyed out because 'Apple ID does not meet minimum age requirements' I start having this problem when I couldn’t enable tracking since it was grayed out. So I tried to change my birthdate to see if it would change the problem but it still the same. I already checked out the screen time restrictions and it allows every app to be tracked but it still grayed and I don’t know what to do

Allow apps to request tracking greyed out Allow apps to request tracking is still greyed out even with age order 18. I do not have any screen time restrictions or vpn enabled. Signing out of media and purchases fixes this but then I cannot install apps. I am on iOS 26. Does anyone have any fixes? The tracking setting still says that I am too young.

Is age the issue? Is your birthday correct? What are the words the error message presents?
