There has never been a supported way to roll back any iOS version. When iOS 18 came out, some wanted to go back to iOS 17 and that was not possible either. Even on Android, it is risky at best where many who have tried ended up with a bricked phone. Not the outcome anyone would be happy with.

Support is available for the other issues you described either directly with Apple or we can explore those here. For any connection issues, we would need to know if you had installed a VPN. Battery drain issues are best dealt with by letting us know your Battery Health at Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Maximum Capacity, and posting the screenshot of what you see at Settings > Battery, showing the green battery graph with the last 24 hours along with the apps that are consuming your batter.

If you want to tone down the Liquid Glass effect, then go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Liquid Glass, and choose the Tinted option.

Sorry, but It is not possible to "roll back" to a previous iOS version, since this has never been supported by Apple.

You need to make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to address the issues that you have reported.

You can find a list of authorized Apple shops in your area using this link:
