Confirm if my iPhone is refurbished

Please confirm whatever my iPhone serial number is iPhone refurbished or not

"I bought my phone on 16 November 2025.

When I checked on Apple Coverage, it showed that the device was activated on 15 November 2025, and the warranty is also showing until 15 November 2026.

But when I check in the About section on my iPhone, it shows that the device is refurbished.

What does this mean?
