how can i get office 365 outlook emails restored from time machine?

To recover Office 365 Outlook emails from Time Machine:
- If you used Classic Outlook → YES, you can restore
- → Restore the Outlook data folder from Time Machine
- If you used New Outlook → NO local mail exists, restore from Exchange online instead
- POP and "On My Computer" folders can be fully recovered
- Exchange/Microsoft 365 accounts usually recover mail from server, not Time Machine
