Google isn’t letting me access my Gmail accounts in iPhone mail.

I was in my Google accounts and must have changed something that is preventing me from accessing my Gmail accounts on my iPhone.

I contacted Google and they’re blaming Apple.

When I go to my mail app, it keeps directing me back to Google to verify it’s me and makes me go through all these ridiculous steps only to keep having to do the same thing over and over and it still won’t let me access my Gmail. When I try via iPhone app, I get this message:

Remove the email account from Mail and add it back in.

I did that and it didn’t work. After days of going back and forth with Google, which I think are some of the most incompetent people since I have so many issues with their apps, I decided to troubleshoot on my own since they were no help.

I went into sooo many Google settings and deleted passkeys off of everything and I was up so late I don’t even really remember the exact steps I did to finally get my mail working again (on the Apple mail app). I tried to delete my original post but no edit features were available so last night I was batting a thousand 😂

Maybe I should work for google and help more people than their CS reps that only make issues worse. 😂
