iPhone 12 mini not connecting to internet
Hi everyone,
I have an iphone 12 mini. iOS version 18.3.2.
Ever since the Amazon servers went down weeks ago, my phone has decided to stop connecting to the internet. It's also majorly slowed down on data usage. I've checked my router/wifi at home and no issues. It doesn't connect to wifi at work or at coffee shops either. I've reset my network settings, I've reset all my settings, i've placed it in and out of airplane mode. I've done all the things i've read to do online to try and troubleshoot the issue.
I can listen to podcasts (even though it takes a long time to load), I can browse on chrome and use data to use most of my apps, but Apple music will not connect to the server. I've deleted the app and redownloaded and it hasn't fixed it. I've tried updating the software but it says it cannot do that because I can't connect to internet.
Is there anything else I can do before taking in to have someone look at it? Thanks for any input.
