Received compromised password warning for old email

I received a pop up from Passwords that a large number of my passwords have been compromised (and it is legit because the same thing is said in my Settings under Password. However these accounts are for am account I have not used in a long time using an old email address I no longer have access to. How do I fix this? Since these are primarily for things I no longer use, should I do anything?

Getting Compromised Password Messages:

So, what's the account that you "have not used in a long time". If you are so, concerned, then see about closing the account, if no need for it.

The Scenario of an Apple Account:

As for getting back into it, see about opening a new eMail address, and then assigning it to that. Then, delete the Apple Account. You'd contact Apple Support to get assistance with changing the eMail address to what it should be. Once changed, delete the Apple Account (not the one you currently use).
