Incoming call for contact no longer showing their poster

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest ios update installed. I noticed after the update completed, that an incoming call from a contact where I had previously set both their avatar and poster, no longer shows their poster on my screen when they call me. Instead, I may see their avatar next to their name at the top of the screen, with only a dark color as the background where the poster would have normally been showing.

Is this a known bug with the latest update?

Anyone know of any fixes for this? Or will I need to wait for Apple to release yet another software update with bug fixes??
