Why does my iPhone seem to have worse reception than Android phones in the same room?
I have iphone 14 Pro Max and I think that cellular connectivity is lower than android phones. The reception is weaker. My family members use Huawei and Samsung devices. We are all on same network provider TurkTelekom. My indicator shows one bar and androids show 3-4 bars in the same room. I know that indicators are different throughout the phones and if I am able to do same things with my phone that means my connection is strong and enough for my tasks. But I can’t get the same network performance with my Iphone. Yes, the indicators are different but connection is different too. I need to raise my iPhone higher to get better performance, that’s ridiculous. I tested this in two different locations in both locations my iPhone indicates 1 or 2 bars on 4G network and when it’s that weak it automatically goes to 3G and 3G is too slow nothing is working. At the same time Android devices indicating 2-3 bars and sometimes 4 bars and get stable connection. Even though connection is low android devices don’t switch to 3G. 3G is not enough for today’s needs. My Iphone keep switching between them and not able receive a strong signal. What should I do?
