Delete a profile from "Users and groups"

In system settings - I am trying to delete a profile from "Users and groups" but it needs the Apple ID which I do not have access to any longer. How can I delete this from my computer?

Was this a company-issued computer, ot did you forget your Apple Account/Apple ID password.

If your company issued you the computer or are managing it. they need to clear the profile.

See this for forgotten Apple ID passwords:

Hi, no it is my computer. I have 3 profiles on it, my personal, my business, and then I was doing virtual assisting for someone and had their Apple ID signed in to monitor text messages and communication. I no longer do VA for them but can't seem to delete that profile without getting their Apple ID password to turn off Find My Mac and I don't have access for that ATM.
