How to stop adverts in Apple TV programs

What adverts?

The Apple TV+ subscription service shows no adverts beyond trailers for other shows and content at the beginning of episodes. These can be skipped when they show up, but cannot be completely disabled

Are you maybe watching something else?

You’re NOT confused at all.

We pay for internet access, pay for a streaming device, pay for a streaming service, and then have to pay even more for “add-free” content.

It’s infuriating

If it’s streaming content from another provider, ads - and the ability to inhibit them - is totally function of that stream’s provider.

It’s not the same as blocking ads in a web browser.
