My iPhone 15 battery health dropped to 98% after 30 charge cycles and about three weeks of use (exactly 22 DAYS). What is happening Apple? It's a new device; manufactured May of this year.

Mine did as well. Then, it did not drop at all for almost 3 months.
Batteries are chemical devices. Decline is not linear. It's going be 6 months or so before you can get a reasonable idea of how the battery is doing.
Don't try to babysit the battery. It won't work and you will drive yourself crazy if you are checking the battery settings all the time. If the battery drops below 80% in the first year, you get a new battery free.
I need help guys. I'm really worried
