Can I swap my iPhone

You have 14 days to return the phone for a full refund......providing you return the box, accessories, packing etc. Bring the sales receipt of course.

Then, you can use the funds to buy a new phone. Hopefully, the store has what you want in stock.

Note that you can ONLY return it to an Apple Store if it was purchased directly from Apple.

If you purchased it from a carrier or other retailer, you will have to ask them what their return policy is.

If it is within the 14 day return period you can, otherwise not. It is not really considered a swap, you return the first device for a refund and purchase the second one. The results are the same, but the process is different.

I assumed....(not a smart thing to do)....that you purchased the iPhone at the Apple Store. If you did not, you will have to check with the store that you purchased from regarding their policies.
