Apple doesn't sell replacement parts for AirTags- I'm sure there are quite a few available on eBay (at your own risk, of course) but it might be better to just buy a new AirTag for $30 rather than pay a third party a good chunk of that amount for a small metal battery cover.

We are just volunteers here, not lawyers. As such, we can't tell you, whether or not, there is a specific law that covers manufacturers' obligations to their customers ... regardless of the country.

Have you simply contacted Apple Support directly and ask them if a replacement cover is something they can provide?

AFAIK, and I concur with -Bubba-, Apple does NOT provide replacement parts for their AirTags. Also, eBay is the only source that I found as well. Again, there is no guarantee that any covers you get there would be an original Apple product.
