iPhone 16 Pro Max camera button not zooming after iOS 18.3 update

my iphone 16 pro max camera button isnt working properly. the button itself works, when i press it, the camera opens like it should, but when i swipe up or down it doesnt do its designated purpose (i had it for zooming in or out). it started happening just after i updated my phone to ios 18.3 now its at 26.1 and i still got that problem
