I also set up a Google Business Profile for my client’s security installation service, but I’m facing an issue with their Apple Maps profile. If anyone has experience with Apple Maps setup or verification, I would appreciate your help.

First — make sure you are using the correct platform
Apple Maps listings cannot be created or managed inside the Maps app.
You must use:

If you are using anything else — Apple Maps Connect (old) or App Store Connect — it will not work.
Sign in with the Apple ID that will manage the business, not a personal one if possible.
