I have purchased iPhone 17 pro max from the US and using in India. Recently Apple is covering theft and loss under apple care +. I want to know If I purchase the apple care includng theft and loss and it gets stolen in any country be it India or other, will theft be covered globally? I will get a replacement?

International claims
If your iPhone is lost or
stolen while you are traveling, we can ship your replacement iPhone to
you on the road. If you're overseas at the time, we can even ship a
replacement to you in any country where Theft and Loss coverage is
available. International replacement of lost or stolen devices is
subject to device availability, and options may vary by region and
iPhone model or color. It may take up to 4 business days after your
claim is approved for your replacement iPhone to be delivered.
It lists countries with coverage which to me implies it only is in effect in one of those countries, not "globally". See if your personal insurance company policy would apply.
