Since ios 26 update, not getting voice notifications on iwatch whilst running. Distance, time and behind or ahead of pace.
Don’t run with phone, as only solution I’ve seen is to run with watch and phone.
Fingers crossed functionality will come back
If you enable Siri on your watch, you can enable the Voice Feedback after that, just tried it on my watch:

Did you check, if on your watch in Settings -> Workouts -> Voice Feedback is still enabled?
