Cannot Access Music on Older iPods with Windows PC
I can't access the music on my older ipods - not in itunes or music I'm using a windows pc.
I found a 3rd party program: https://www.copytrans.net/download/
You have about 9 components to download but it looks like it'll work. Also Foobar 2000 will access it I believe.
