Voice Memos downloading but not playing on iPhone

My voice memos are saying downloading but I cannot play them. I have enough phone storage. Why can I not retrieve them?

How do I upload voice memo from iphone to itunes I cannot upload voice memos from iphone 13 pro to itunes. Watched several You Tube videos, but the 'Apply' button is greyed out when i tick the box to include voice memos.

voice memos not transferred I recently changed phones and used QuickStart to transfer all of my data over. The transfer went fine but only 38/60 of my voice memos were transferred over. I did not realize this until it was too late and already wiped my other phone. Now the remaining voice memos are stuck at "downloading" and i can't listen to them. voice memos are the most important thing on my phone. what should i do?

For voice memos to download on an iPhone, you’ll need a steady internet connection so they can sync properly.
