iPhone 14 microphone not capturing sound in specific apps

My iPhone 14 microphone is not working properly.

WHAT IS NOT WORKING:

Sound captured is either muffled or not heard at all

1. When talking on a phone call people can’t hear me
2. Recording voice memos
3. Facebook Messenger app isn’t recording audio in the app
4. “Hey Siri” is not picking up my voice

WHAT IS WORKING:

• Videos I record using both the front or back camera will capture sound and audio perfectly
• Audio I record inside imessages app is captured perfectly
• Voice Dictation using the keyboard icon captures the input just fine & transcribes normally

1. Phone calls work when I plug in headphones to use that mic & when using my cars Bluetooth

WHAT I HAVE CHECKED TO FIX

• Microphone settings in privacy

» All apps have permission

• Tested Controls

» Silent Mode Off and On

» Muted and Unmuted

• “Hey Siri” is turned on
