Turn Off App and Website Activity Issue

so someone recently gave me the fix for the settings issue on screen time where it shows you were on it 24/7, but it requires to turn off app and website activity. i can’t do that because for some reason i don’t see the option, any answers?

Screen time Why is screen time not allowing full function of apps which I have allowed? Apps are functioning, but many features are not. Turning off screen time permits their function, but then screen time is obviously not functional.

My iPhone's Screen Time only shows websites so 3 weeks ago i checked my screentime and i noticed it stopped showing apps and only websites. im not sure why because it appears fine for my computer. even if i check the screentime on my computer it always shows websites and not the apps and its getting kind of annoying now my ios is up to date too [Re-Titled by Moderator]
