Keychain access no longer visible after Sequoia 15.7.2 update

Keychain access is no longer visible after Sequoia 15.7.2 update.

I see from previous posts that others have had similar issues after earlier updates, but none of the suggested solutions work in my case.

All suggestions welcomed.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.7

Spotlight (⌘ Space), type in Keychain Access. The app is now hidden deep inside macOS.

I can still open Keychain Access on macis Sequoia 15.7.2. I typically use Spotlight to search and open it. Now, I don’t have much use for it as all my passwords are in the (Apple) Passwords application.
