The microphone “beep” is tied to system sound effects.

1. Go to Settings → Sounds & Haptics
2. Make sure Keyboard Clicks and Lock Sound are ON

The same thing happens when I want to speak instructions into Safari or Google. The microphone does not make that little ‘sound ‘ signifying the microphone is on.”

This was the problem with me when it was the same time as the other one it’s a lot of drama with me and it’s not a good one for my own mental health but it’s going on every single time so I’m not sure what I’m doing with my mental health and I’m trying to get it to stop but it’s not working.
