iPhone flashlight turns on by itself when I’m asleep.

My flashlight is coming on by itself. You can’t say that it’s something that I’m doing because I plug it in to charge at night when I go to bed. I wake up a couple of hours later and the flashlight is on. I was not sleep walking and tapping on the back of my phone. What’s the deal?
