Why do Siri not turning flashlight on without seeing my face , even if camera app closed and access while locked on ?

Siri on newer iPhones (15 series and later, including the 17 Pro Max) uses an additional security step called “Face Confirmation” for certain lock-screen actions—even if you enabled Access When Locked.
