How to disable Liquid Glass effect in iOS 26.1?

I upgraded to iOS 26.1 and it looks terrible. I hate this "liquid glass" thing, it completely ruined my iPhone experience. Can I turn it off somehow?

you are not speaking to apple here

these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going

to a physical apple store and asking other customers their advice

This is a user helping users with tech questions forum, we are not apple

You can’t turn it off, however;

Open Settings ➢ Accessibility ➢ Display & Text Size, then toggle Reduce Transparency = on.

Also in Settings ➢ Accessibility ➢ Motion, then toggle Reduce Motion = on.

Also in Settings ➢ Display & Brightness ➢ Liquid Glass ➢ Tinted.

In addition, you can provide ⇢ Product Feedback.

If enough requests are made, your feedback might help with future development, like a toggle in the settings.

Good luck! 👋🏼😉
