How to disable software update notifications on iPhone 14 Plus?

I have an iPhone 14 Plus.

Is there a way to stop software update notifications?

I don't want to have to update my iOS to stop the notifications and I have Automatic Updates turned off.

Apple does not provide an official way to permanently disable iOS update notifications. Even with Automatic Updates turned off, your iPhone will still periodically remind you about available updates.

The reminders are built into iOS, so at best you can delay or block them temporarily.
