On a Mac, Sequoia 15.7.2, where are music.app comments stored?
I need to restore comments I had on multiple songs, but do not want to restore the entire 400 gig Music directory if this is possible.
I restored the music files in question, but as I feared the comments appear to be stored elsewhere.
Mac mini, macOS 15.7
Restore ONLY this folder from backup and your comments will return — no need to restore the 400-GB media folder.

What folder?
Jim
RB Conn,
Can you explain what happened that triggered disappearance of the comments you had? Were you moving computers, doing an upgrade, or what?
Also, what format are the songs with the missing comments? (I hope not WAV.)
Where are music comments stored in macOS Sequoia?
