iPad Air M3 won't force restart or show power off slider

Am i the only one who cant force restart their ipad? my ipad is air m3 ipados 26.1

I did the press the up and low volume button then press and hold the power button for atleast 15 sec but nothing happened , also when I hold the power button, the slider wont appear and siri is turned off. I dont know if it is because of the new update because before I updated it it was still working.
