Disabling notifications while sleeping and checking sleep stats.

Hey all

While I have had Macs, iPhones, and iPads for years, I am new to the Apple Watch. In the past, I have always had Fitbit Watches, so I am familiar with that interface and phone app. I recently lost my Fitbit Watch at work, as I suspect the band detached (it happened before), so I used some gift cards to buy an Apple Watch. In any event, I have some questions.

First and foremost, my new watch alerted me to stand up and move a few times throughout the night. Is there a way to disable this? This seems odd, as I thought I saw a bed icon at the top of the screen, so I am guessing that the watch thinks I am sleeping.

Next, I am looking to see where I can see my sleep stats. Like I said, I am used to the Fitbit app and how to view my stats there.

Thanks in advance

The bed icon means you have Sleep Schedule activated. However this does not always establish a notification free overnight session.

Go to iPhone Settings, Focus, and ensure you have a Do Not Disturb session scheduled for your overnight period.

You could also reduce the Stand Up target ring from 12 to something lower if you don't do much standing up when I suggests you stand up and walk around during the day.
