Apple Pay Shipping Address error - not accepted

Tried using Apple Pay to buy something on my iPhone. Added my mother's address for shipping - no matter how I spelled it or if I looked it up with the map option, it kept saying it was missing the street address. I grew up in this house - I know the address. I tried shipping it to me instead and it kept saying MY address was missing a street address too. Tried my work address. Same thing.

Stop trying to fix it inside the checkout screen—it won't stick. Go to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Transaction Defaults and re-type the address manually there. That fixes 95% of these errors.
