Apple watch series 10 colour popping out and flakes.

I bought a series 10 jet black watch few months ago, still watch is under warranty. Recently my watch started peeling off colour without even having a cosmetic damage. I showed watch over the screen sharing to apple advisor. They are claiming that won't cover under limited warranty. Clearly I told them it as manufacture defect, apple refused it. Any suggestions especially from England, UK.
