I got a message about receiving a free month of apple tv subscription after buying a new iphone but later today it disappeared and i cant redeem a free month anymore. When I press on “renew subscription” I got asked to make a payment, tried multiple times. Logged out and restarted a phone, didn’t help

Similar thing happened to me after redeeming a large Apple Gift Card. Offer for a free month of Apple TV+ subscription appeared and then disappeared. Can't find it anywhere, unlike other similar subscription offers that "hung around" in my account until I finally had a few minutes to set things up and redeem them.
