I bought a new iphone and had 3 momths free apple TV and wanted to tale it up and the offer has disappeared? how do I get it back
I tried to get the free offer had a few problems, so trying to clear the page it disappeared.
how do I now sign up for the free offer?

That offer is available to be claimed for 90 days after purchase so if it is beyond that then it would no longer be valid.
Also it is for new subscribers so if a trial had been used before a hardware purchase wouldn't be valid to claim a new offer.
If the above is not relevant then you can contact Apple support so they can look into it.
