I have a New iPhone 17 Pro Max setup and transferred with the help of Apple Phone Support. 3 weeks ago.
The 3 Month Free Trial was there for about a week. I just went to accept it, and now it is NOT AVAILABLE or listed as an option on Apple TV account under same Apple ID, not on my iPhone! Only option to purchase @ £9.99
How do I get this offer restored?

The offer is valid for 90 days after activation and needs to be claimed on the new device (won't work on others). It also won't be valid if previously used a trial or subscription. If you are unclear you can contact Apple support so they can confirm and fix the issue if you are still entitled.
I contacted Apple support. They checked and validated my recent activation and simply gave me a code to enter on Apple TV that reinstated the three month free trial.
I was just making clear that it could only be claimed on the phone, not the TV or any other device. If it is no longer showing up on the phone and you haven’t previously used a trial then there is a glitch that Apple can fix for you.
This is a user forum so when it comes to issues at the account level that need investigation it would require direct support from Apple.

Of course doh! It was available on my iPhone for about a week and it was available on the television If I open my Apple TV account for a about a week. It hasn’t been claimed on any device. I just went back to Apple TV yesterday and it’s no longer available three weeks after the phone was purchased.
I only posted here to save from phoning Apple support which is what I guess I’ll have to do. They obviously have record of me activating the phone and everything else.
