Apple Music not working after switching phones

my apple music won’t work since i switched phones n we use a family plan

iPad, iPadOS 26

  • Sign out/in of Media & Purchases (not iCloud) fixes most Apple Music activation issues.
  • Make sure your device is using the same Apple ID that the Family Organizer invites.
  • Refresh Family Sharing subscription; toggle Sync Library if needed.
  • Region changes & mismatched Apple IDs also cause failures.
