Turn off vocal call waiting announcement on iPhone

Is there anyway to turn off the vocal part of when a call waiting call is received? I wish to turn off the "call from <caller's name>" announcement.

I suspect that's a carrier feature. However, you can try going to Settings>Notifications>Phone>Announce Notifications and turning it off.
Also, consider Settings>Apps>Phone>Screen Unknown Callers. If you have it set to "Ask the Reason for Calling," it may give some sort of announcement. But I don't know.
