Apple One plus Peacock bundle: I paid and nothing happened

My existing Peacock subscription expired, and since I’m already an Apple One subscriber, I figured the bundle would be a good deal.


Using the Apple TV app on my iPad, I signed up and confirmed payment. The app gave me a button to open Peacock, which I did.


Peacock does not show any active subscriptions for me. The Peacock app also banner that implies I have more than one Peacock account — which I don’t. (I tried to sign in to Peacock on the web with my Apple ID and Peacock said my username was not found.)



So what’s going on here? I can see in my Settings app that Apple believes I am paying for a Peacock subscription, but Peacock doesn’t seem to know that.

Check WHICH EMAIL Apple used for the subscription

Go to:

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Peacock

You will see your subscription status.

Tap it → scroll down → look at:

“Apple ID used for subscription”


This tells you which identity Peacock is expecting.

If it shows a relay address (privaterelay.appleid.com), THAT is the account Peacock is using.
