iPhone 14 Face ID isn’t working. Parts & Repair doesn’t work either.

iPhone 14 Face ID isn’t working.

When I open my phone, it tells me that there’s an issue with Face ID and that I should check settings for more ( Settings > General > About > Parts & Service History )

when I open Parts & Service, there’s supposed to be a “repair” button that fixes the issue. However, no button exists there. Please help…
