ACE Bridge ARA not connecting with GarageBand

ACE Studio and Garage Band trouble connecting ACE Bridge ARA. I have a 2018 Mac Mini, OS 14.6.1, Garage Band 10.4.12. I am using a newer AI voice program called ACE Studio. They have an ACE Bridge ARA that installs which allows you to work with it within your DAW. However, I can't get it to come up in GB when I follow their directions. I use other plugins with no problem. Since GB is Logic, it should work. A couple of suggestions were: "find the setting to allow other programs to work in the background" but I don't know where to do that in GB. Another suggestion was to set the inputs/outputs to ACE Bridge ARA, but they don't show up as choices. I have contacted the company several times, but they have been no help. I don't think they take GB seriously. They have suggestions for using Logic but I can't find (the above) suggestion in GB. Has anyone else run into the issue?
